How the desk runs

The unglamorous half of the job.

Finding the cargo is rarely the hard part. Moving it and documenting it is where transactions actually succeed or fail.

Execution and logistics

We take the cargo from the loading point to the discharge point: transport, customs paperwork, inspection where it is called for, and a delivery schedule that reflects reality rather than optimism. The arrangement is built per transaction, because a rail lot of base oils and a coaster of fuel oil have very little in common.

Quality and documentation

Every lot travels with the papers it needs: certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, specification, certificate of origin where relevant. We assemble the pack against the product and the counterparty in front of us, so nothing turns up missing at the terminal gate.

Before any offer leaves this deskavailability is confirmed, the counterparty is screened, and the delivery window is checked against real logistics rather than a hopeful estimate.
